Kentucky statutory privacy frameworks seal access to local municipal records and death certificates for a strict 100-year window. Recruits are trained to lock any record dated after 1926 to permanently protect the privacy of living descendants.
Recruits learn to use specialized scanning consoles to securely isolate, trace, and completely redact modern phone numbers, social security digits, and unreleased financial fields before public network release.

Phase 2 — Subcommittee Specialization Pipelines
Upon completing Phase 1, recruits choose their advanced operational track to fill vital roles across our parent organizational committees.
Advanced training in hyper-local standalone database management, ledger tracking lines, ancestor tracking lines, and regional data population.
Complete administration, security parameters, and content queue moderation across all public and private KHGN social media platforms simultaneously.
Specialized training in grant funding research, pro-rata milestone allocation, and proposal structural planning to secure structural capital.
Specialized training to identify, flag, and report user non-compliance regarding posting and training policies to protect public trust.
